Information we collect

When you join the BEI updates interest list, we collect your email address, consent, and the page from which you submitted the form. When you contact BEI, we collect your name, email address, subject, message, consent, and source page.

Why we use it

Newsletter interest details are used to record your request to be notified when confirmed email subscriptions become available. Contact details are used to review and respond to your inquiry. The interest list is not an active newsletter subscription, and BEI does not send recurring marketing emails to interest-list entries.

Where information is processed

BEI uses Supabase to store submitted records and Resend to deliver contact notification emails. These providers process information on behalf of the website. Contact notifications are sent to the BEI team inbox.

Retention and your choices

BEI keeps submitted information only while it is reasonably needed for the purpose described above, subject to applicable obligations. You may request access, correction, or removal of your submitted information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing benzon.engineeringsupport@gmail.com.

Newsletter status

Newsletter email confirmation is still being prepared because BEI's sending domain has not yet been verified. Joining the interest list does not mean you have been enrolled in a confirmed newsletter. BEI will provide a separate confirmation step when the subscription service is ready.
